CONVERSION OF HYDRAULIC PRESSURE AND APPARATUS THEREOF

PURPOSE:To effectively utilize the river energy and tidal-current energy by obtaining the high hydraulic energy by driving a compressor by the hydraulic energy having a low fall and revolving a power generator by the high hydraulic energy. CONSTITUTION:A water wheel is revolved by the hydraulic energy having a low hydraulic pressure, and a revolution converter A is operated by the water wheel. Said revolution converter is equipped with an eccentric motive wheel 4 and a pulley 30, and converts the revolution movement of the water wheel to a reciprocating movement, and operates the piston 9 of a compressor B. The water supplied from a water feeding tank 13 is pressurized by the operation of the piston 9, and discharged into a buffer C. Said buffer C accumulates the pressure of the water discharged from a compression tank 15 in which air is charged, and said water is supplied into the power generating water wheel through an adjusting valve 18.
