VARNISH FEEDING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To maintain the temp. of varnish in a varnish tank at a fixed temp. by forming a heating medium tank to the inside and outside of the varnish tank and surrounding the varnish tank and feeding the varnish from an external varnish source to the varnish tank through the external heating medium tank. CONSTITUTION:The varnish feeding device 1 comprises a varnish tank 2 for storing the varnish with controlled temp., an inside and outside heating medium tank 3, 4 controlled independently of its temp. and surrounding successively the tank 2, and a conducting pipe 6 for feeding the varnish from an external source 5 for the varnish to the varnish tank 2 through the outside heating medium tank 4. A tank 3 is used for controlling the temp. of the varnish in the varnish tank 2. A tank 4 is used for controlling the temp. of the varnish at the inlet of the varnish to the varnish tank 2 by heating the conducting pipe 6. By this constitution, the temp. of the varnish from the external varnish source 5 is controlled and the varnish is supplied thereafter to the separately temp.-controlled varnish tank 2.
