CONDENSED WATER TREATMENT DEVICE FOR AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE:To increase splash effect affecting the cooling capacity and remove unnecessary splash upon the heating operation of a heat pump by a method wherein a separate nozzle for an outdoor fan is provided between the fan and the outdoor side heat exchanger while the splash of the condensed water utilizing wind pressure due to the nozzle thereof is effected. CONSTITUTION:The indoor side and the outdoor side are separated by a partition plate (j) and the inside is cooled and defumidified with the indoor side heat exchanger (b) and the condensed water is collected to a dew-pan (b) upon cooling operation. Upon heat pump heating, the outdoor side exchanger (f) becomes an evaporator to collect the heat at the outdoor side, in this case, an outdoor side base (k) is constituted so as to collect the condensed water. The condensed water collected to the dew-pan (b) is sent to the nozzle (g) through a tube (h) upon cooling operation. The condensed water at the nozzle (g) is slided on the nozzle inside surface by the wind pressure of the outdoor side fan (e), thereafter, it is splashed by the outdoor side heat exchanger (f). The condensed water collected into the outdoor side base (k) without evaporating may be discharged out of the optional draining port (i) same as the condensed water treatment upon the heating.
