Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of a temperature control by using a crystal oscilla- tor whose oscillation frequency by a reverberation effect is varied sharply by a temperature, as a temperature sensor. CONSTITUTION:A crystal oscillator 1 having a large reverberation effect is provided on the side wall of an enclosed rotary vessel 2, and a signal corresponding to an oscillation frequency by the reverberation effect of this oscillator 1 is detected by a frequency detecting means 8. This detected frequency is compared with a reference frequency corresponding to a set temperature which is stored in a storage part in a control part 3, and in accordance with its difference, a flow rate controller 10 of a cooling medium (heating medium) is controlled automatically. When a temperature is detected by this crystal oscillator, a high frequency feeble electric signal is transmit ted from a transmitting means 6 by a power source part 4 which is controlled by the control part 3 of a centralized managing room. The crystal oscillator 1 is resonated with it through a receiving means 6, and after a prescribed time, the transmitting signal is halted and a damping oscillation is continued. As a result, the oscillation frequency is varied sharply by a temperature, and it is detected by the detecting means 8. |
