CONSTITUTION:Ceramics 1 is held between holding frames 4, 5 from above and below, and the holding frames 4, 5 are clamped by bolts 6 and nuts 7, and compressive stress of the direction to cancel tensile stress generated in the worked part is loaded to the ceramics 1 beforehand. Under this condition, boring work is executed by a beam. Thus, occurrence of cracks is prevented totally in spite of very small distance 3 of narrow parts of the ceramics 1.
