STILL PICTURE TRANSMITTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To attain supervision of picture image change by one set of camera and supervision of picture image change by plural number of sets of TV cameras by providing a video switch and a sequence control circuit, outputting a desired picture image with switching, storing the picture image to a prescribed area of a picture image memory so as to apply revision of a divided pattern or revision and comparison of the same pattern optionally. CONSTITUTION:Picture image signals from every TV camera 101-104 are inputted to input terminals 1-4. A picture image signal selected by a video switch 5 is digitized by an A/D converter 6 by using an instruction from a sequence control circuit 11 and stored in a prescribed area of a memory circuit 7. After the stored signal is compressed by a coder 8, the result is sent to a signal transmission line 108 via a line interface circuit 9. An operating device 12 and the sequence control circuit 11 are combined to control the revision of the split pattern. For example, the revision of the split pattern A only, the revision of split patterns A, B, or display of the split pattern A onto other split pattern area and comparison of the picture image change is attained.
