| Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain a good ripple suppression degree and excellent rising up characteristics by connecting the drain of an FET to a double voltage rectifying output and connecting the gate and source to a constant voltage diode. CONSTITUTION:The drain of an FET 16 is connected to a double voltage rectify ing output of the anode end of a rectifier diode 3, and the gate and source are connected to a constant voltage diode 7. Then, an electrolytic capacitor 8 can be made small by driving the diode 7 by constant current utilizing characteristics of the FET. By this way, the sufficient ripple suppression degree can be obtained, and at the same time, the electrolytic capacitor connected between the base and grounding of a transistor 9 for controlling can be made small. Accordingly, good rising characteristics can be obtained. |
