STABLE LOW HEMOLYTIC VITAMIN E INJECTION

PURPOSE:The above-mentioned injection, obtained by incorporating a specific amount of egg yolk oil, egg yolk lecithin and/or purified egg yolk lecithin as a stabilizer with a vitamin E injection containing a hardened castor oil polyoxyethylene derivative, and having improved stability and hemolysis of the resultant pharmaceutical. CONSTITUTION:A stable hemolytic vitamin E injection, containing (A) vitamin E, (B) 100-500wt%, based on the component (A), hardened castor oil polyoxyethylene derivative, preferably having 40-80 average polymerization degree of the ethylene oxide, e.g. HCO-50, HCO-60 or HCO-80 (each tradename, manufactured by Nikko Chemicals K.K.) as a solubilizer and (C) 10-150wt%, preferably 30-80wt%, based on the component (A), one or more stabilizers selected from egg yolk oil, egg yolk lecithin and purified egg yolk lecithin, and having low hemolysis of a solubilizing liquid without generating clouding for a long period.
