Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To enable a higher reliability with a simple construction, by providing a sensor section made of a lens, a jig serving for housing of the lens along with a weight, a spring and a attenuator while a signal transmission path is composed of an optical fiber for transmitting light and an optical fiber for receiving light. CONSTITUTION:A sensor section is made up of a lens 2, a jig 7a serving for housing of the lens 2 along with a weight, a spring 8 for supporting the jig 7a and an attenuator 9 while a signal transmission path is made up of a light transmitting optical fiber 1 for transmitting light from a light source, namely, a light emitting element 10 to the lens 2 and a plurality of parallel optical fibers 1a for transmitting light from the lens 2 to a plurality of light receiving elements 11 separately. The signal transmission path uses the optical fibers 1 and 1a for transmitting and receiving light and allows the separation of the sensor section far from the signal processing making the best of a low loss property and a noise resistance as well as easy adjustment of the optical axis with a a single construction thereby producing an optical type vibration sensor inexpensive and stable with a high reliability. |
