Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To increase heat accumulation efficiency by installing a grid-shaped rectifier in a heat accumulation tank. The rectifier has openings at the top and the bottom of it and consists of square tubes inside of which are partitioned into grids. CONSTITUTION:A grid-shaped rectifier 12 is installed in a water tank 11. Chilled water is gradually cooled as it passes through the rectifier from its bottom to the top. The chilled water contained in the tank 11 passes an under-ground beam, and an under-flow weir, to a water tank 15 where it flows into another rectifier 12 from its bottom to the top. Then the chilled water flows through an over-flow weir into a water tank 4, from where, it is supplied to a freezer by a pump 17. When warm water is to be prepared, it is stored in the tank 14 and it flows toward the tank 5, reversing the above operation. Thus as water goes up or down in the grid-shaped rectifier 12, horizontal diffusion and mixing which accompany heat loss are prevented. In addition, because temperature stratification progresses, heat efficiency increases by taking out a heat transmitting medium from the upper part for heating, and from lower part for cooling. |
