Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To from a wear resistant hard film on the inside of a narrow-mouthed vessel by activating the inside of the vessel and introducing a prescribed gas for decomposition and a laser beam into the vessel to deposit a decomposition product on the inside of the vessel. CONSTITUTION:The inside of the vessel 1 is activated by degreasing or other method, and a gaseous starting material for forming a wear resistant hard film by thermal decomposition is introduced into the vessel 1 from an introducing pipe 5. A laser beam L is then introduced to decompose the gaseous starting material. By this decomposition the wear resistant hard film 13 is formed on the inside of the vessel 1.
