Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain cellulase in improved yield and activity, by culturing a cellulase-producing microbial strain while adding fresh medium to the culture medium in the course of cultivation. CONSTITUTION:Cellulase is produced by culturing a cellulase-producing microbial strain (e.g. Trichoderma leesei) in a medium while adding fresh medium in the course of cultivation, preferably when the amount of the microbial cell in the medium reaches 5-12g/l after the cultivation for >=1 days.
