Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To attain the stable recording even with a screen having flashing by using a means which stops temporarily the flushing in an output mode of hard copy. CONSTITUTION:The flushing is stopped temporarily for output of an RGB signal in an output mode of a hard copy. In this case, a signal indicating a copying action is supplied to an input part 12 for remote control key pad signal by a remote control key pad 3. The holding signal of the part 12 is supplied to a flashing deciding circuit 25 via a microprocessor unit 13. The circuit 25 selects one of the FG and BG colors by the ON/OFF state of the flashing information and the luminance information while the phase signal level is kept as it is.
