INTAKE SILENCER OF ENGINE FOR HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE:To prevent vibration sound from being made by a silencer by forming a thin cylindrical shaped intake silencer of a facility with an engine set in liquid tank to used engine exhaust heat, and by arranging dividing, supporters partition the inside, to the parts tend to vibrate. CONSTITUTION:An engine with its crank shaft 16 vertically positioned is installed in a liquid tank 12, and a compressor 32 is driven to operate an air conditioners and others, as well as a cylinder 19a, a cylinder head 19b, an exhaust pipe 20, and a muffler 22 are cooled by water of the liquid tank 12 to acquire warm water. An intake silencer 17i is shaped as a thin cylinder, made up of an upper round board 66a, and a lower round board 66b. An intake port 66e is installed at the upper round board 66a, and an exhaust port 66f at the lower round board 66b. Supporters partitioning the silencer 17i into a plurality of chambers are integrated together with upper and lower mating faces. These dividers are installed to the weakest part of the intake silencer shaped as a thin disk, in order to prevent vibration of the silencer.
