COLD RIVET CALKING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To reduce a man hour widely and to prevent a gap by inserting a rivet into all rivet holes of a work and by bringing the following rivet to calking position with rotating the work after the completion of calking of one rivet. CONSTITUTION:An upper part die 12 is ascended by removing a washer 14 and by ascending a die holder 6 with operation of a handle 11. A work 25 is loaded to the work holder 23 of a work holding mechanism 15 and a rivet 29 is inserted from above into all rivet holes 28 being provided on the lapped part of the boss part 26 of the work 25 and blade 27. The die holder 6 is descended with operation of the handle 11 and the upper part die 12 is descended and the head part 30 of the rivet 29 is pressed by this upper die 12. The washer 14 is fitted to a fitting groove 13 with this state and the upper part die 12 is fixed. The rivet 29 is then subjected to cold calking work by the lower part punch 4 with operating ram cylinder 2.
