Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce an energy loss obviating the necessity of process annealing by heating in a nonoxidizing atmosphere the rods, wires or tubes coated with the metal other than the base material. CONSTITUTION:The base material consisting of metal, e.g., iron aluminum, or copper, etc., or the alloy thereof is worked into rods, wires, or tubes. The worked base material is then coated with the metal (alloy) other than the base material itself, e.g., nickel, chromium, etc., which is heating in a nonoxidizing atmosphere to diffuse the coating metal in the base material. In this way, the necessity of the process annealing for softening conventional work hardened alloy material is obviated, so that energy conservation can be attained.
