Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:The titled coating compound useful for electronic device boxes, etc., having improved adhesivity to plastics and sufficient shielding effect on strong electromagnetic wave, obtained by incorporating a coating compound resin with electrically-conductive particles having approximately the same specific gravity as that of the resin. CONSTITUTION:(A) The coating compound resin 5 is incorporated with (B) the electrically-conductive particles 4 having approximately the same specific gravity as that of the component A, to give the aimed coating compound. The surface of the hollow metallic particles 1, or the hollow or collapsed organic material particles or inorganic material particles 2 is coated with a metal and preferably used as the component B.
