Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency and working accuracy by providing signal processing circuits which make effective only the output within a detectable range of plural pieces of non-contact type distance detectors and controlling a moving mechanism in accordance with the average output value thereof. CONSTITUTION:A working head 10 is vertically moved by a motor 12 via a transmission mechanism 13. The plural optical non-contact type distance detectors 14, 15, 16 are disposed at every 120 deg. around the head 10. The output voltages proportional to the deviation when the respective detectors deviate from work 17 are inputted to adjusting circuits 21, 22, 23 of the signal processing circuits 18, 19, 20. The voltage proportional to the deviation is outputted only when the output voltages of the detectors 14, 15, 16 are within the distance detectable range thereof. The moving mechanism 31 of the head 10 is further controlled in accordance with the average value thereof. The trace of contact is annihilated and the working efficiency and accuracy are improved by such method. |
