METHOD OF WORKING LAMINATE PANEL

PURPOSE:To obtain a laminate panel with a desired profiled pattern using an adhesive that will not neglect the appearance, by applying a wet-curing urethane type adhesive to a synthetic wood, placing a soft polyvinyl chloride resin decorative sheet or film thereon, wet-curing the adhesive under pressure, and molding the resulting laminate by an embossed pressing plate. CONSTITUTION:When a synthetic wood and a PVC decorative material are to be laminated and molded, a wet-curing urethane type adhesive is applied to the synthetic wood, the PVC decorative material is placed thereon, the adhesive is wet-cured under pressure to obtain a laminate, and the laminate is placed on a press mold, and is press molded by pressing and deforming it by an embossed pressing plate. The wet-curing urethane type adhesive comprises a one- pack type system consisting of an active isocyanate group-containing urethane prepolymer as a main component, a filler, a curing accelerator, an age-resister, etc. To prevent the curing reaction due to moisture contained therein, it is to be subjected to drying treatment previously or a moisture absorber is to be added separately.
