Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a flux which exhibits a stable flux effect even at a high temp. of about 250-400 deg.C by incorporating a metallic salt having water of crystallization into a flux consisting of zinc chloride. CONSTITUTION:The metallic salt having the water of crystallization, more particularly cobalt chloride (CoCl2.6H2O) is incorporated at about 0.5-3wt% into the zinc chloride flux which consists essentially of zinc chloride and is added with ammonium chloride and tin chloride. The flux having an excellent solder reflow characteristic is thus obtd. This flux does not solidify at a high temp. and can maintain flux disposition. The use of the flux as solder paste by mixing intimately the flux with solder powder is also possible.
