Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable a continuous welding without deteriorating the bead appearance and shape in the fillet welding of from the horizontal part to high sloped part by using the flux containing the binder having the weight ratio of the specified components within the specified range. CONSTITUTION:Tilted electrode contains, by weight 11-25% ZrO2, 8-18% SiO2, 1-10% metallic fluoride, 10-19% the total of two kinds of CaCO3 and MgCO3 20-50% Fe, 2-2.8% SiO, 3-10$ Mn, less than 1.5% iron oxide, 0.2-1.5% either one kind of Mg, Al-Mg and 1-5% alkali metallic oxide. The low hydrogen coated electrode is coated on the periphery of the steel core wire with using the flux containing the binder that the weight ratio given by CaCO3/MgCO3 becomes within the range of 0.15-0.5, the weight ratio given by metallic fluoride/(CaCO3+MgCO3) within the range to be surrounded by the point A, point B, point C and point D shown in the figure I and the weight ratio given by the Si/(CaCO3+MgCO3) within the range surrounded by the point A, point B, point C and point D shown inthe secondfigure.
