STILL PICTURE DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE:To display highly precisely a picture by receiving a signal that indicates stand still of a picture (freezing), reading the video signal of the 2 frames share already fetched in the memory from the memory, then rewriting and circulating the result. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 13 is connected to a3, the cmposite video signal V is written in a 2-frame memory 14. When it is connected to b3, the output VM that is read out from the memory 14 is returned to the input via a switch 13, and is written again. The switching of the switch 13 is performed by a freezing controll signal FRZ. If the connection of the switch 13 changes from a3 to b3, the 2 frames of video signal that has been written in the memory 14, since the moment of the switching, is read out iteratingly and outputted. In such a way, the same signal undergoes through the circuits in the latter sequence, and is converted to a highly precise signal, and further is displayed repeatedly on the display device as the same picture plane.
