Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve heat resistance and wear resistance by coupling a cylindrical body which is arrayed with metallic rings fitted with ceramic rings on the outside periphery and is thus fitted zigzag with the segments onto the core of a metallic roll shaft. CONSTITUTION:Segment receiving grooves 17 are arrayed at equal intervals on the outside periphery of the metallic rings 3. The ceramic segments 4 of which the end faces are made into an erecting trapezoidal shape are fitted into the grooves 17 to form unit toric body 5. Such bodies 5 are arrayed in contact with the axial line direction, by which the cylindrical body 5 arrayed with the segments 4 in a manner as to be serrated zigzag from each other is formed. Such body 6 is coupled into the core 2 of the metallic roll shaft.
