IMPRESSION OF RESIN MARK ON REAR OF PILE FASTENER

PURPOSE:To impress a resin mark securely on a fastener by a method wherein the pile fastener mounted on a cover plate member is pressed strongly by an intaglio through a lining sheet and heated to weld resin packed in the concave part of the intaglio into the rear side of a fastener. CONSTITUTION:A fastener 5 is mounted on the cover plate member 4 with needle-like projections 4a so that the piles 5a of the fastener 5 are put between the projections 4a, and the needle points come in contact with the base 5a of the fastener 5. The hotmelt material layer 6a of the lining sheet 6 is abutted on the rear of the base 5b and the combination of the fastener 5 and sheet 6 is pressed by an intaglio 1. High frequency voltage is applied between the metal base 1M of the intaglio 1 and the member 4, the layer 6a and the resin 2 packed in the concave part 1a of the intaglio 1 are heated and welded, lining of the fastener 5 and resin marking on the back side of the fastener are performed at the same time. In this manner, a resin mark excellent in steric appearance is made on the side of the fastener.
