Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:A peelable treatment layer having controllable peelability and satisfactory adhesion to a polyester substrate, which is formed of a treatment contg. a water-soluble polyester resin, a polysiloxane compd. and a liquid medium. CONSTITUTION:A peelable treatment layer formed of a peelable treatment comprising a water-soluble polyester resin, 10-200pts.wt., based on 100pts.wt. polyester resin, polysiloxane compd. and a liquid medium. As the water-soluble polyester resin to be used, a resin having a viscosity of 100-1,000cP in 25wt% aq. soln. is pref. from the standpoint of applicability of the peelable treatment and physical properties of the formed peelable treatment layer. A mixture comprising polydiorganosiloxane having at least two Si atoms directly bound to a vinyl group in the molecule and polyorganohydrogensiloxane having at least two Si atoms directly bound to H in the molecule, is pref. used as the polysiloxane compd.
