Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To augment an accelerating feeling just after a resuming operation is initiated by allowing an initialized time at a time of a resuming operation to be set a little longer than that at a time of setting. CONSTITUTION:The output from a car speed sensor 1 and a command switch 2 is inputted into a microcomputer 6 contained in a controller 3 by way of respective interfaces 4 and 5 contained in the controller 3. A car speed memory which stores the car speed when the command switch 2 is operated, is contained in the microcomputer 6. Within the microcomputer 6, an initialized time at a time of a resuming operation is allowed to be set a little longer than that at at a time of setting so as to permit an accelerating feeling to be augmented just after the resuming operation is initiated.
