PICTURE TUBE FOR COLOR TELEVISION WHERE ELECTRON GUNS FOR VARIOUS ORIGINAL COLORS ARE RADIALLY INSTALLED INDEPENDENTLY

PURPOSE:To obtain an ultrathin picture tube which can produce clear colors by radially installing electron guns slanted toward the fluorescent screen in a glass box and causing a beam to stimulate a phosphor dot through an erumpent reflector formed around the phosphor dot. CONSTITUTION:Electron guns are arranged radially from the center of a fluorescent screen 1 at given angles. They are slanted toward a fluorescent screen 1 and independently installed in a glass box. A beam 2 discharged from each electrol gun stimulates a phosphor dot through an erumpent reflector 3 formed around the phosphor dot to emit an original color.
