AUTOMATIC RECEIVING METHOD IN PRODUCTION OF INCENSE STICK FOR BUDDHIST ALTAR, AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PURPOSE:Wet incense sticks extruded parallelly from an extruder are received by a tray, the tray is stopped temporarily after being swivelled at an angle and transferred to horizontal state, and the incense sticks are cut to definite length with a cutter, and are received keeping the aligned state. CONSTITUTION:A tray is supported swivellably on a main rotational shaft fixed horizontally to a frame. Wet incense sticks are extruded parallelly from an extruder to the receiving face of the tray hung down vertically from the shaft. The incense sticks are brought into contact tangentially with the tray face. The tray is temporarily stopped after swivelling round the main shaft by 2-5 deg. to recover the oscillating incense sticks in aligned state. The tray is turned to horizontal state, and at the same time, the incense sticks are cut to definite length with a cutter. The wet incense sticks are received without disturbing the aligned state. There is no crossing of the end parts of the raw incense sticks on the tray.
