Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To detect an antibody to a pseudomonas, by adding a specimen solution to a system wherein pseudomonas bacterial cells are immobilized on a carrier and subsequently adding a labelled antibody thereto while detecting the labelled antibody immobilized by said system in this process. CONSTITUTION:Pseudomonas aerginosa bacterial cells A are immobilized on a carrier D comprising polystyrene or aminoalkylsilyl glass to prepare a detection system and PBS-Tween or PBS-Tween containing about 0.1% of bovine serum albumin is added to said system as a specimen solution. Next, an antibody C labelled with a marker such as enzyme (a labelled antibody) is added and the labelled antibody immobilized by said system in this process is detected to detect the antibody B to a pseudomonas.
