Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To facilitate maintenance and inspection for the necessary parts by partitioning the space between the inside and outside tanks by a shielding plate and removing the granular pearlite in the partitioned space. CONSTITUTION:Shield-plate insertion holes 12 are drilled successively at a necessary pitch at a necessary height position on the side plate 10 of an outer tank 2. A shielding plate 13 is inserted into the shielding-plate insertion hole 12, and slided on the peripheral direction. Then, the shielding plate on which another shielding plate 13 is inserted in the reverse direction into the same shielding- plate insertion holes 12, and slided in the opposite direction to the former. Therefore, the continuous partitioning is formed in the range in which the shielding plate 13 is inserted. When partitioning is formed over the whole periphery, pearlite is taken-out from a manhole 15 formed onto the side plate 10.
