Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To attain low cost by packing an alloy having a low melting point to each low point of both faces of a corrugated plate made of a thin metallic plate, folding and forming the plate in a direction at a right angle of the waveform and eluting the low melting point alloy so as to bonding joints of the corrugated plate. CONSTITUTION:The thin metal plate constituting a waveguide wall is formed into a corrugated plate 6. After magnesium oxide is applied to the surface of the corrugated plate 6, an alloy having a low melting point such as solder is packed to the low points of both faces of the corrugated plate 6 to form a plate. Then the corrugated plate 6 is folded in a form of a rectangle in a direction at a right angle to the corrugation. Then the low melting point alloy is eluted by heating the corrugated plate 6 to bond joints 8 of the corrugated plate 6 by soldering or welding. A bellows type flexible waveguide having sufficient flexibility is manufactured inexpensively by this method. |
