Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent exposure of a contaminated surface to which powder dust is adhered, by a method wherein, in a discharge device for a powdery material containing a radioactive material in a reactor facility, a discharge container is connected to a filling container through a double sealed filling pipe. CONSTITUTION:The discharge port of a discharge container 1 is coupled with a discharge control valve 2 and a communicating pipe 3, and a blind cover 4 is installed to the forward end of the discharge port to doubly seal a powdery material. A guide 30, adapted to install the discharge container 1 thereon, and a valve opening and closing device 31, which automatically opens and closes the discharge control valve, are locted to the upper end of a cradle 15. An enclosure box 16 is formed in a hollow forming a rectangular parallel piped, and an upper flange 18 is attached thereto. A charge pipe 23, through which a filling container 25 receiving the powdery material and a filling control valve 24 are intercoupled, is located to the lower part of the enclosure box. A blind cover opening and closing box 19, a filling pipe 21, and a rail 26, serving to horizontally move then, are provided in the enclosure box, and a cylinder 22, serving to move the blinder cover opening and closing box 19 and the filling pipe 21 in the direction of an arrow mark 46, is attached to the external side of the enclosure box.
