Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:The titled covering material having improved oxygen barrier properties, transparency, and luster, obtained by specifying the thickness of the storing part of a bag or a tray consisting of a laminated material containing a vinyl alcohol high polymer layer. CONSTITUTION:A vinyl alcohol high polymer layer (e.g., PVA) is laminated to PP, nylon, or polyethylene terephthalate, etc. to give a bag or a tray, and the thickness of a storing part to pack a food is made =125 deg.C without requiring arrangement of a protecting film such as nylon. polyester, etc., on the outside thereof.
