ROTARY ARMATURE

PURPOSE:To eliminate the removal of an inverted U-shaped insulator between risers during operation by inserting the insulator between the risers, filling high viscosity compound in a gap, and integrally securing a binding ring. CONSTITUTION:An inverted U-shaped insulator 9A is prepared, inserted at every other position between rises 7, thermosetting resin is impregnated and cured. Further, thermoset compound 10 is filled and cured in a gap between the riser 7 and the insulator 9A, a binding ring 8 is integrally secured to the end of a winding, and the end of the winding is integrally strengthened. Thus, the insulator 9A between the risers is prevented from moving or removing.
