Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To obtain an Al heat sink uniformly joined by a method wherein pieces formed by cutting an Al material, on whose one surface silver, etc. are attached equally and stably, are resistance-welded to the Al heat sink. CONSTITUTION:One surface of an Al plate is foundation-treated by means of electroplating by Zn substitution, etc., and electroplated with silver. Or a copper plate and the Al plate are cladded. Pieces are mass-produced by punching or cutting the plate material in necessary dimensions. An Al heat sink and the cut pieces in Al are resistance-welded in such a manner that both are stacked, pressed and conducted. The pieces can be mass-produced because the speed of welding is fast in resistance welding. The corrosion of Al due to the joining of metal of a different kind is prevented by coating the boundaries of the cut pieces obtained with paints. Thus, the pieces can be mass-produced, and dispersion is not generated in the joining as seen in solder joining. |
