WIRING AND PIPING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To enable connection of two members in a limited space by fixing both ends of a wire to the two members relatively rotatable with each other respectively and arranging the wire along a retaining band. CONSTITUTION:When a turning shaft 23 is turned to move to the direction of an arrow mark A to a fixed shaft 21, a retaining band 31 keeps its bending while moving a curved bent wire 31a to the peripheral direction sequentially. Therefore, the other end 31a of the retaining band 31 fixed to a flange 23a of the turning shaft 23 is moved to the peripheral direction smoothly. In this time, a power supply electric wire 32 is bent and deformed under the condition where it is arranged along the retaining band 31 and does not make uncertain movement in the fixed shaft 21. As the electric wire 32 is covered by the steel retaining band 31, breaking of the wire 32 can be prevented and induction current among wires can be prevented.
