WET SPRAY ETCHING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To enable to obtain a uniform and stabilized etching depth and the coarseness of etching surface by a method wherein a diffusion jetting nozzle is provided at two or more places, and the work attached to a work retaining unit is rotated. CONSTITUTION:An etchant is pressure-fed to a carrying pipe 7 by driving a pump 9, the etchant is diffusingly jetted out at fixed pressure from the four diffusion-jetting nozzles 8 attached to a carrying pipe 7, and an etching process is performed by operating the motor 11, which is driven interlocking with a pump driving switch, and the work retaining unit 10 which is formed in one body with the motor 11 and retains the work. The four diffusion-jetting nozzles 8 are arranged in such a manner that two of them are fa-ced to other two nozzles, and a fixed spray range is provided with the work as the center point by adjusting the vertical space of the nozzles 8. Also, the etchant having stabilized jetting pressure strikes against the entire surface of the outer circumference of the work by rotating the work at a fixed speed.
