CONTINUOUS PROCESSING APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To facilitate the integration of a vibrator, by extending a flexible sealing member between the vibrator and a transfer path in a closed vessel, filling the space of the side of the transfer path with a high pressure fluid, and introducing air having the equal pressure to the fluid to the vibrator-side space. CONSTITUTION:A spiral transfer path 4 is attached in the closed vessel 2 filled with a high-pressure fluid, and a vibrator 6 is attached to the bottom or the top of the transfer path 4. The material supplied to the transfer path 4 is transferred along the transfer path by the vibration force, subjected to the desired treatment with the high-pressure fluid, and discharged from the vessel through the transfer path. In the above apparatus, the vibrator 6 is placed in the vessel 2, a flexible sealing member 13 is extended from the inner wall of the vessel 2 and the vibrator 6 along the boundary between the vibrator and the transfer path 4, the transfer path-side space 14 separated by the member 13 is filled with the above high-pressure fluid, and the vibrator-side space 15 is filled with compressed air having nearly equal pressure to the above fluid. The integration of the vibrator can be facilitated by this structure.
