Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prolong the disconnection life of discharge wires, to increase the reliability and the maintenance and to stabilize the performance by making the hanging frames of discharge wires usable as a deck and making them movable up and down. CONSTITUTION:The hanging frames 7 of discharge wires are set in the positions so that the abnormal discharge is not caused between these and the top parts of dust collecting poles. In the left side from the center line, the decks 7 combined with the hanging frames of discharge wires are drawn up for the maintenance by means of a chain block 17 provided to the outside of apparatus and the washing nozzles 13 are taken off. By this method, the inspection and the setup can be safely performed for a short time and the length of discharge wires can be made to the necessary shortest length and the life is prolonged.
