Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To produce the light and soft foamed beads molded product with high decorative value for the interior parts of an automobile by molding integrally a foamed beads molded product made of synthetic resin on the rear surface of a porous and soft surface skin. CONSTITUTION:The soft surface skin material 26 (e.g. it is coarser texture than another skin) with porosity is caused to be i contact with the inner wall of the mold 5 provided with core vents 6, and then another surface skin material 2a is lapped on this skin material 2b and is set. Synthetic resin foaming beads are charged into the rear surface side of the surface skin 2a, and are heated and foamed by high temperature steam, thereby molding the foamed beads and the surface skin material 2a integrally. Thus, the objective product is obtained, while separating the surface skin material 2b.
