Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To raise the quality of printing by a method in which printing is made for one line by three passes (forward, backward, and forward) of a printing head in such a way that printing is made concurrently for upper and lower stages for letters of standard size by one-time pass and the printing directions of only the letters of double-angle sizes are different between the upper stage and the lower stage. CONSTITUTION:In the moving process toward the direction of (a), printing of letters of double-em sizes, among letters present in the upper stage D region, is made only for the upper stage. A paper is then fed by 1/12 inches toward the row direction, or the direction of C, and the printing head and the paper are relatively moved toward the row direction. The printing head is positioned at the center line of one line. Under the condition, the head is moved toward the direction of (b), and printing for all regions is made on the upper stage and the lower stage only for letters of standard size. The paper is fed by 1/12 inches toward the direction of C and again moved toward the direction of (a), and printing for the lower stage is made. During the process, printing is made only for the lower stage of letters of double-em size. |
