ASSEMBLING DEVICE FOR PLASTIC WASHER

PURPOSE:To expedite a work of setting washers to an assembling tool so as to aim at enhanced efficiency of the work by employing such process that washers are supplied to a supply system, while the assembling tool is inserted in a holding part connected to said supply system, causing a feed board to make movement for setting the washers delivered out of a housing hole onto the assembling tool. CONSTITUTION:A desired quantity of stacked plastic washers 11 are fitted on a attachment shaft 37 after opening a supply member 34 and set thereon by closing the supply member 34. Hereat, a spring-actioning lever 21 enters the opening 23 of a holding part, while a feed board 19 is positioned on the left side thereof and supplied with washers 11 under the condition of a housing hole 18 situated on the supply member 34, provided that only one sheet of washer is fed in the hole 18. Then, when an assembling tool 12 is inserted in the holding part 13, the lever 21 is pushed out and the feed board 19 moves to the right, causing the housing hole 18 to reach the end of the holding part 13 for feeding a washer 11 to the tip of holding part. If the assembling tool 12 is inserted more, the mandrel of the assembling tool 12 is fitted to the inner periphery of the washer 11. Then, when the assembling tool 12 is pulled out, the washer 11 is pulled out in parallel with the assembling tool 12, thus its attachment to a rotary shaft can be facilitated.
