ILLUMINANCE CORRECTING DEVICE OF VARIABLE MAGNIFICATION COPYING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To uniform the image surface illuminance distribution of an original one-side reference system and an optical-path horizontal system by providing a lens fitting bracket which moves to right and left in an optical-axis orthogonal direction on a lens scanner and providing a light shield plate thereuponrotatably. CONSTITUTION:The lens fitting bracket 21 which moves to right and left in the optical-axis orthogonal direction according to copy magnification while holding a lens 8 is provided on the lens scanner 14 which moved forth and back in the optical-axis direction according to the copy magnifiaction, and the light shield plate 26 which shields the lens 8 is provided on the lens fitting bracket 21 rotatably. A fixed guide plate 28 which varies the quantity of light shielding of the lens 8 by the light shield plate 26 according to the copy magnifi cation so that the image surface illuminance distribution is uniform by control ling the rotational quantity of the light shield plate 26 according to the move ment position of the lens fitting bracket 21 through the sliding of one terminal of the light shield plate 26 is provided on the lens scanner 14.
