Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve the reducing effect of slot ripple loss, by a method wherein the abundance ratio of magnetic metal powder on the central side in the lateral direction is diminished compared with that on the both end sides in the lateral direction. CONSTITUTION:Fe-1.5%Si alloy powder of grain size of 54mum in average and pulverulent polyamide resin are mixed together by changing the mixing ratio respectively, and five kinds of the mixtures are provided. Then, these mixtures fill metal molds for molding wedges through separate nozzles at the same time so that the mixtures may correspond to the filling sections A1-A5 right and left symmetrically on the center. Then, a magnetic wedge 6 is arranged so that the lowest permeability may be shown on the center A1 and the highest permeability may be shown at the both end sections A5 in the lateral direction. After filling the metal molds, the mixtures are hot-pressed by 200MPa at 150 deg.C to form the magnetic wedge 6 of convex section.
