Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To maintain a constant pressure between an electrode and a charge collector and a separator well and thereby to minimize contact resistance by providing the charge collector having compression spring function and besides gas passage between the electrode and separator. CONSTITUTION:A charge collector is constituted of a row of multiple tubes 22 which are provided between an electrode 20 and a separator 21. The tubes 22 are formed in flat hexagon and their free heights are formed so as to be somewhat higher than the depth 23 of a separator 24. Besides, the tubes 22 have elasticity and are elastically deformable as shown by broken lines. Also, reaction gas passing holes 25 are provided through each wall of the tubes 22 except their bottom walls. Furthermore, the tubes 22 are arranged at a certain distance between adjacent each other and thereby their compression deformation amounts can be self-constrained. The interior parts of the tubes 22 become gas passages 28 and the interior and outer gas passages 28 and 27 respectively are connected through the gas passing holes 25. Thus, the contact pressure between the electrode and charge collector and separator can be maintained well and thereby the contact resistance can be minimized.
