Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable a ship to be boarded and left in safety by providing a turntable which can be projected over the boardside of the ship from the upper deck of the ship with a first swingable arm, providing its top with a second swingable arm, and providing its top with a gondola hung therefrom. CONSTITUTION:A turntable 5 mounted on the upper deck of a ship can be projected over the boardside of a ship vertically thereto. One end of a first arm 1 which can be vertically swung by a lifting device, such as a hydraulic cylinder 4, is mounted on the turntable 5. One end of a second arm 2 is rotatably connected with the other end of the first arm 1 through a hydraulic torque hings 6 and a gondola 3 is hung from the other end of the second arm 2. Boarding or leaving the ship in safety can be ensured by boarding the gondola enclosed by a surrounding.
