LANYARD HANDLING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To mechanically forward mooring lines instead of manually by rack- mounting a conveyance cable that is freely reciprocated ganging with the rotation of a winch from the upward of the winch to the upward of mooring hardware and providing a mooring lanyard gripping section that is hung and fixed to the cable. CONSTITUTION:A conveyance cable 10 is rack-mounted from the upward of a winch 1 to the upward of broadside mooring hardware 7. The conveyance cable 10 is freely reciprocated between the upward of the winch 1 and mooring hardware 7 through a transmission lanyard 4a from an auxiliary wheel 4 that is coaxially mounted on the drum 2 of the winch 1. A mooring lanyard gripping section is hung and fixed to the conveyance cable 10 and mooring lines 3 are forwarded from the winch 1 to the side mooring hardware 7. The mooring lines forwarding work that was performed manually so far can be performed mechanically.
