Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To achieve the watertight engagement of a rack for driving provided at the hatch panel rear when a hatch is closed by notching a part of a rubber compression bar on hatch coamings and providing a gasket made of hard rubber in which a recess is formed on the top surface. CONSTITUTION:A part of a rubber compression bar 4 on hatch coamings 11 is notched and a gasket 2 made of hard rubber in which a recess 5 is formed on the top is provided. A rack 1 for driving a hatch panel 12 for its opening and closing provided on the rear of a hatch panel 12 is engaged with a recess 5. A gasket 3 provided on the rear of the hatch panel 12 is engaged on the top surface of the compression bar 4. The rack 1 for driving for opening and closing provided on the rear of the hatch panel can be held watertightly when the hatch panel is closed.
