Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of a white and fog in a picture in the course of devel oping process, by providing an electromagnet to a device containing a developing agent and preventing the one-side accumulation and movement of the developing agent by using the magnetic force of the electromagnet. CONSTITUTION:An electrostatic latent image forming device composed of an image projecting device 7 including an optical fiber lens array 7B for projecting reflecting light from an original upon the charged surface of a photosensitive drum 3, etc., developing device 8 for developing an electrostatic image to a toner image, original platen table which makes reciprocating motion along the upper surface, etc. are provided in the upper machine body 1. It is desirable to provide electromagnets 25 and 26 inside the developing device 8 from the front end side to the central part of the left side of the device 8 in a plural number. An electromagnet prepared by forming a ferrite-core coil in a flat conductive plate type as the iron core is used as the electromagnets 25 and 26. When a developing agent is divided into two parts by providing a picture image recording device at the front side, magnetic fields are produced in the developing device 8 by supplying electricity to the electromagnets 25 and 26. In such a developing device, the one-side accumulation and movement of the developing agent are prevented and the developing agent 8B can be dispersed and accumulated in a parallel condition against a developing roller 8A.
