PREPARATION:The compound of formula I can be prepared in high yield, e.g. by reacting the novel substance of formula IV producible from the compound of formula II and the compound of formula III, with the compound of formula R-NCO in the absence of solvent or in a solvent such as dimethyl sulfoxide or tetraqhydrofuran, etc., in the presence of a catalyst consisting of an organic or inorganic base such as triethylamine, dimethylaniline, etc.
